Good Boss and Friend

I am grateful Pat hired me at AmecParagon in 2008. Pat was great boss to work for and I learned a lot from him. He always let me do my job and was available for technical and management advice. I was honored to be given the opportunity to take over the department manager role and have Pat work for me. With most people this could be an awkward and difficult situation, but wth Pat it worked out well, he was still willing and available to help me anytime I needed advice. Pat was an important part of the Paragon work ethic of cooperation, doing excellent work, and having fun while getting the job done. I went through some difficult personal issues during the time I worked for Pat and he was very supportive. I can' think of anything better to say about Pat than that he was a good boss and a good friend. We will all miss his sense of humor and concern for others.
