Condolence From: The Monsalvo Navarrete Family
Condolence: My mom was their housekeeper for many years not knowing that Norma and Claude would soon take us in as being part of their family. We will honor you in our lives and will miss you so much. Thank you for your patience and all the love you gave us.
Love you both.

Condolence From: Zoraya B. Stern
Condolence: She was one of the most amazing and influential women I've ever known. Her passion for music, teaching, and just plain life was so inspiring. I am thankful for every long tone, the many endless runs of scales, the mandatory sight reading at every lesson, her healthy smoothie concoctions, taking me to my very first flute choir experience, demanding I play an 8 page Mozart Concerto for my senior recital....MEMORIZED!!!...... regardless of my intended major(not music), coaching me from miles away when I started teaching privately.....and most of all for her exuberantly joyous arms waving around and that excited voice of encouragement to draw emotion out of my playing! She left a huge imprint on my heart that became an integral part of who I am (as I know she did for every one of her students!). Thank you Norma Burrows for showing me the power that music has on the soul. You will be missed.........my prayers and thoughts are with her family.
