Hector E. Gonzalez, 63, went to be with the Lord on Friday, Feb. 10, 2017, after a tragic car accident in Houston, TX.
Hector was born Oct. 24, 1953, in Monterrey, Mexico and attended the University of Monterrey in which he completed his studies in assistant of laboratories and later in life achieved Electrical, AC certifications. He was a brilliant mind and a jack of all trades. He is remembered for his love of animals, karaoke, dancing, his laughter, his willingness to help others and as a loving, supportive father.
He is survived by his long time partner, Irma Gonzalez,; his daughters, Judy and Edith Gonzalez; his six grandchildren, Alex and Andrew Escamilla, Caroline Catalan, Heidi and Connor Luu; best friends, Erik Catalan and Bret May.
Visitation at the church will be held Wednesday, Feb. 15, from 12 pm to 2 pm, following a church service at the IglesiaPentecostesIlluminados, starting at 2 pm. Funeral procession from church to Woodlawn Cemetery around 3 pm.
