Betty (Gangy) Flowers, 89 was born on April 2, 1927 to V.E. St. Clair and Bessie L. St. Clair in Seymour, Texas. She passed away on October 29, 2016 in Houston, Texas.
Betty led a special, full life. She was a sweetheart mother, wife and grandmother (Gangy). She loved being a homemaker and family was first. She was also a seamstress, delicious cook, loving and sharing with others. She was always available when needed and a faithful and loving member of Church of Christ at Westfield in Houston, Texas. She will be greatly missed by all family and loving long time friends.
She is reunited with her first husband, Leon M. Burnham; second husband, Clyde E. Flowers; son, Mel Burnham; parents and her siblings, Jackie Foxworthy, Bill St. Clair and Sam St. Clair. She leaves to cherish fond memories, her daughter, Sande Burnham Endy; grandchildren, Chip Steffek, Holly Bell Colotta, Tera Potter, Tiffany Bassett and Stacey DeLeonardo.
Visitation will be Tuesday, November 1, 2016 from 5:00-8:00pm with Funeral Services being held on Wednesday, November 2, 2016 at 10:00 am. All services will be held in the Chapel of Woodlawn Funeral Home. She will be laid to rest at Woodlawn Garden of Memories.
